TRAIN is signature group training class combining strength, conditioning, and functional movement into a fun, challenging, coach-led workout. Expect a mix of weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, gymnastics, and cardio designed to improve overall fitness, build confidence, and keep training engaging. Every workout is scalable to meet you where you're at, whether you're just starting out or an experienced athlete. Train alongside a supportive community and discover what you're capable of.

HYROX
Build strength, endurance, and confidence with race-inspired training that's as challenging as it is rewarding. Combining running with functional movements like sled pushes, rowing, carries, lunges, and wall balls, HYROX classes are designed to improve overall fitness for athletes of all levels.

Comfortable workout clothing, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. Everything else you need is provided at the gym.

The easiest way to begin is by completing our Onboarding program or contacting us directly. We'll help you find the program that best fits your goals and experience level.

Drop-ins are welcome! A single class is $21, and We offer a punch pass with 10 classes to use at your convenience, valid for 3 months. Ideal for those seeking flexibility in their workout schedule.
